Marc Rosenthal is one of the founding shareholders of Rosenthal & Watson, A Professional Corporation.   The law firm was formed in 1990, and has grown to include offices in Austin, San Antonio, Brownsville, Waco, El Paso, and Mexico . 

Marc grew up in Houston, Texas .  Marc's paternal grandfather (Harry Rosenthal) was a founder of Sysco Corporation, and his maternal grandfather (Sol Rogers) was the founder of Texas State Optical and Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas .  Marc's father (Allan Rosenthal) is a former CEO of Sysco Corporation, and Marc's mother (Lynda Rogers) is one of Marc's beacons of light.

Marc graduated from South Texas College of Law in the top of his class. While in law school, he successfully participated in the law school's mock trial program and he received American Jurisprudence Awards for Excellence in Tort Law, Real Property Law, Civil Procedure, Civil and Political Rights, Criminal Law, and Professional Responsibility. After receiving the highest bar exam score in Texas, in 1988, Marc began his legal career as a litigator in the Houston office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges - - a New York-based law firm - - where he represented various Fortune 500 companies. 

In 1990, Marc moved to Austin and began a civil law practice which - - with the help of Lynn Watson - - evolved into The Law Firm of Rosenthal & Watson. Marc has tried numerous jury trials.

Marc's practice currently consists of handling catastrophic injury and death cases against irresponsible individuals, corporations, and governmental entities.   He also represents various Fortune 500 companies and other corporations as plaintiffs in commercial and corporate litigation, particularly involving matters in which such companies have been defrauded, overcharged, or otherwise wronged by other companies.  Marc also takes pride in representing physicians before the Texas Board of Medical Examiners.
